# Summary The dealership generally receives praise for its sales staff's professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused approach during the purchasing process, with multiple customers highlighting smooth transactions and knowledgeable representatives. However, post-sale experiences are inconsistent, with some customers reporting excellent follow-up service while others have encountered unresponsiveness and concerns about vehicle condition disclosure.
I purchased a Kona from Westside Imports after stopping in while I was close to finalizing a deal on a Venue at another dealership. I wanted to see how close they could get to the offer I already had. I was upfront about my numbers, and they were just as direct and easy to work with. The car was certified pre owned and in excellent condition, and the entire process felt smooth and hassle free. At no point did I feel like the salesperson was being pushy or playing games. He seemed to understand that I was at a “take it or leave it point” in my search and respected that. I left feeling very good about the deal and I truly love the car. I am not giving five stars because of what happened after the sale. After a couple of touchless washes, scratches became visible and the paint started showing that spider web look you often see on black cars that have been through too many non touchless washes. It’s extremely noticeable in the sun and it’s all over the car. The car was completely spotless when I took it off the lot so it seems likely something was used to temporarily mask those imperfections at the point of sale. I reached out to the salesperson to get his thoughts and to see if their detailing team could do anything to help. I also mentioned that I had a coworker looking for a car and that I was interested in referring her to him. He didn’t respond for a week. When I followed up, he said he had been on vacation and would check with a manager and get back to me. That never happened. After another follow up, he told me he was no longer at the dealership and gave the name of someone else there for me to send my coworker to. At that point I decided to move on and just accept the situation with the paint. This was two months ago. Just now, I checked their website for the heck of it. It has been redesigned since I last looked so they’re clearly maintaining it…and my salesman is still there. His line about leaving the dealership clearly wasn’t true. It’s disappointing because what started as a genuinely positive and straightforward buying experience ended on a sour note over something that could have been handled with basic follow through and honesty. Based on my experience, the sales process itself is solid, but once the deal is done, customer support and satisfaction may not be a priority.
Greg Carnegie, Nick, and Andrew were all on their own for me to get a chance to talk to them about the new car that I wanted used with a nice kick in it for a while until I get a better idea of how Volkswagen is doing with its overall performance. I always thought that it would be my dream car, but I got stuck with buying new Hyundai vehicles because they were so good at performing without having any problems with their cars, so I just brought them for the last 20 years. Now I am trying out the personal performance of these Volkswagen models. And hopefully, I will upgrade soon as it’s a few years older and buy a brand-new car for myself. Also, the car I want by choice from the manufacturer if it is well worth the particular purchase price of the one of my own choosing because I will have a better understanding of what these brands of products are like for me to upgrade and be happy about the quality and how to get a better deal on the product functionally, which is a lot more of my concern. This is for sure about me managing the car for the right time for the right convenience with a direct plan of care and safety in my travels with regards to liability from the brand I want, which means a lot more than anything else to me. But so far, it’s been a great experience with working with the wholesome people who showed compassion, kindness, empathy, and enthusiasm for our encounters with each other’s communications in a professional setting. Again, I appreciated the opportunity to be there and receive the best possible results from the team and the proactive approach of confidence that I received from Greg in his regard as the coordinator of the showing and his willingness to accommodate me in my role in this process with the purchase and Andrew working out the contract details and Nick for being first and last to greet me. All because Ms. Jackie who answered my questions on the phone and who was my supposed to go to representing me in the process. She was a sweetheart, kind, caring, and a great person overall who even came down to meet me in person before I left after buying the car of my dreams a Volkswagen after she made the 2:00 pm appointment for the team to be productive with the car project going forward. She probably had a lot more energy than I did because I had just finished a Botox treatment and I didn’t have any energy to be productive at all when she was introduced to me but I was very happy with her kindness, genuine compassion, and caring attitude towards me as it relates to her life as a gem. Gratefully, Dr. Lisa Ford Ph.D
Candace was extremely informative, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with my decision. Ethan was also a huge help—knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. Together they made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend buying a Subaru here if you want great service and honest people.
Had a fantastic experience with purchasing my 25 Crosstrek. Tayler Karp went above and beyond . She’s attentive and one of the best salespeople I have dealt with. Robert Brown and Amanda are amazing as well and love them too. Never thought I would buy a Subaru, but I love mine. Seriously looking to buying a car, see Tayler. Well, I bought a Forester and traded my Tucson. Then just traded my 25 Crosstrek for a 26.. love this store and its manager Robert, and Tayler the sales woman!!
Drove 45 minutes to get to to this dealership and I wasn't disappointed. the staff was very friendly and my salesman Robert was very efficient and with his help I was able to get into a Subaru. The sales manager was very cooperative with the deal and met my needs. I would not hesitate to buy another car here in the future. a special thanks to Ashley, the online girl as well who stayed in touch! thank you again, Loren
