Ken Garff Chevrolet

Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. I worked with Kenzie and would 10/10 recommend her to everyone! She was awesome and so helpful, she ran around and found different trucks for me to drive and helped me get the best deal possible. I felt very informed and they were very transparent with everything. Will absolutely be going back for vehicle purchases in the future!

Update 2: The general manager reached out and they took care of it. They also graciously are fixing a dent I got driving it. Thanks everyone for the help. I'm updating my review: I bought a brand new truck from here. I drove it off the lot and went about holiday activities. After I got it washed for the first time (touchless), I noticed three hazy spots that were clearly cut trying to fix some paint issues out of the factory. I didn't notice because of the dirt and the light has to hit it just right. I brought it in and the service refused to fix the bad paint job because I had 'driven too many miles'. They told me it was residue. It's not. I am adding a star from 2 to 3 because they adjusted the steering column and charged Chevrolet for it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the non high pressure sales tactics used by many dealerships. Alex was very helpful. We didn’t end up purchasing what we went to look at but Alex offered options we hadn’t thought of. We ended up purchasing a slightly used Yukon AT4 at a good price. My daughter in law had purchased an Audi from Ken Garff in Lehi and has had nothing but excellent customer service with them, so we gave Ken Garff Chevrolet a chance and I’m glad we did.

I traded in my Grand Cherokee for a lightly used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon at Ken Garff Chevrolet in American Fork and had an excellent experience from start to finish. After being lowballed by several dealerships, Ken Garff stepped up with a fair trade-in value and a better price on the Rubicon. Felipe Avina was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Alex, the manager, made the numbers work, and when a warning light appeared during the test drive, they handled the repair without hesitation. Josh in finance made the paperwork smooth and painless, and they even provided a new Chevy Trax loaner while the Jeep was being serviced before delivery. As an automotive journalist who’s purchased many vehicles, I can say this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Felipe Avina and the team at Ken Garff Chevrolet!

Troy and Zach were super friendly and helpful. Troy helped us find the right car based on what we told him we wanted. There was no pressure to buy anything. Zach helped us with our financing and explained things very well. Overall great experience and would recommend this location.
