It's such an honor to be the first, but certainly not the last five star review for Holly. I had taken my car in for a service appt and had the opportunity to sit down with Holly and Travis, who promptly got water for my dog. They knew I considered my 2023 VW Taos my forever car and our no pressure conversations were general topics and heartwarming experiences. It was only after my dog needed to go outside that I noticed the perfect vehicle. Long story short, my forever car is still a VW Taos, now it's just a 2026 with a few more bells and whistles in a beautiful moss green two-tone. I highly recommend Holly and Southtowne Associates to provide wonderful customer service for anyone looking for their forever car.

I will like to recognize a few team members that went above and beyond to make sure I had a 5 star experience. Oscar in Sales, Zac and Axel in finance. Without your help, I couldn’t got my dream car. From the minute I got there it was all about what I needed, not what they were going to offer me. I was able to find what I needed, based on my unique situation, and thrust me it wasn’t no 800 credit score situation. Oscar was able to listen to what I needed and what I was looking for. And we found it. Zac was able to crunch some numbers before I talked to finance, which made the process way smoother. Axel, in finance was friendly, but direct. He never gave me any false hope. Jasna was amazing to work with. When buying a vehicle I want to work with someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and it is a plus to have a woman in a male doninated field. She called quickly when we put in a request for a vehicle. She called to verify we were still on for the appointment. And had the car ready to take on a test drive. She was a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Cody Nielson who helped with extra questions and PJ with the finance team he was amazing. We came in with a pre approval and they worked hard to make sure it went smooth.
