Integrity is foremost at Kendall Ford. I had just purchased my used 2013 Ford Edge, paid cash, after a test drive, I was just about to head home when Jeremy, my salesman, told me that his sales manager, Kioshi, had informed him, that the break job they had started, had not been finished yet and they asked if I could take a 2025 Bronco loaner home for a couple of days, while they finished up? Jeremy called to tell me they were waiting on a part to arrive and it might be a few days yet before they could deliver my Edge to me. I had the new Bronco, so I was not to concerned. A week had past when I got the call to come pickup my car… It had turned out that the mechanic had noticed, as it was a recent trade in vehicle, and had not received the maintenance inspection they give all the used vehicles they sell. A couple of other problems arose and they wouldn’t let me get my car until they had beet corrected. When I came for the car, they already had my title and registration completed and even attached my new license plates… It was shining like a diamond, and felt so responsive compared to my Ford 250 truck that I had traded in. They never asked me for a dime extra, for all the additional work they did. When Jeremy called just to touch base, and see how I liked my Edge, I told him that it purred like a new car and that I loved it. He told me it should, because they had done a considerable amount of work on it, to bring it their standards… I certainly am nobody special, but they sure made me feel like I was! Buying a car can be SO stressful, but the ease of my experience at Kendall Ford completely changed that. Omar H. and Chris S. were amazing—honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I never felt pressured, and they really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and confident with everything. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I left feeling excited about my purchase and grateful for such a smooth, positive experience. Highly recommend working with them!

Literally the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I bought for them in March, and couldn’t have been happier! Alejandro was my sales guy, and Donni was who I had for finance, and oh my gosh was the process so smooth and easy! I seriously recommend them and Kendall Ford!! I left so happy and over the moon with my Jeep (a dream car of mine) Thank you!! Because the experience was everything, we just recently went back to buy my Fiancé a truck, and although we didn’t have Alejandro or Donni that time, it was still such an amazing experience! For his truck we had Jordan for sales and Omar for finance, and even they were just as fantastic! It seems as though everyone there goes over the top for you! We left extremely happy both times, I definitely recommend them for your future car purchases!!

5 out of 5 star new truck buying experience. Our interactions with Mason were friendly, truthful, and straightforward. Other dealerships kept up with the game of, "come down and let's see what we can do" where Mason answered questions and offered products and services digitally, without the games that we were not interesting in playing. This dealership is somewhat out of our market (West Portland area) but the travel time was worth the outcome. We highly recommend Kendall Ford and Mason Kotz in particular.

No high pressure sales here, just a team ready and willing to make your shopping and or buying experience pleasant and low key. I’m in love with my new Bronco Sport Heritage and couldn’t be happier with how quick and easy the process was.
