Kendall Subaru Of Fairbanks

I've had to have several maintenance items completed, both regular maintenance and some due to moving to Alaska. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and knowledgeable, and the work performed has been done well. I will continue taking my vehicle here as long as these critical things remain. It would be nice to get car wash service like I've had at some other dealerships, but that's really an extra and not within my expectations when getting work done on my vehicle. Great work, team!!

Service member refused to allow me to schedule an appointment for an oil change, told me I needed to drop it off at 7am to be worked in. I did just that. had to arrange for a ride to work and from work that day to get the car. They did not have time to do it and when I called for a status update they told me to come get my car, without the oil change being done. I have a warrantied vehicle that requires timely service to be done and this shop does not have enough time to service the subarus they have sold. 0/10 recommend.

Had a great experience at Kendall Subaru of Fairbanks on my recent purchase, the staff was very helpful. Latoya, Andrew, Amber, and Joe helped ensure everything was good to go. The vehicle was ready to go, looked good, very clean, and the entire experience was good. Have been having a really good driving experience with my Subaru Forester!

I have purchased two Subaru vehicles in the last 14 months from Fairbanks Kendall. I have called several times and left a message for the service department to please call me. No one has! All I had was a simple question that would take less than 10 seconds to answer. I think I may need to look somewhere else to look for cars in the future! Patrick

She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with every step, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. Her warmth and sincerity really stood out—something you don't always encounter in the car-buying world.
