My husband and I had a great time working with Austin Betts from the Kendall Used Superstore in Anchorage! He's super funny, friendly, and very easy to work with. We wanted the 2020 Dodge Ram 2500, and he made it possible for us to leave with the truck the same day we came in to look at it and test drive it. Another person to note would be Shawn Jarvis from the Kendall Toyota financing department. He worked quick and got us the best financing offer. Overall, we're very satisfied with the overall car buying experience!

I had a wonderful day with Ryan he is a great salesman. I really appreciate everything he did for me. I love my truck. This is my second vehicle from Kendall and if I ever need another in going back. Sissy is great also so love everything her and Ryan did for me.

In total I've purchased 3 vehicles from Kendall, in 3 separate occasions, 2 times in Fairbanks and 1 time in Anchorage. I thought Kendall was a money-hungry dealership but after moving back to NY/PA I realized that Kendall is not. In my experience, Kendall prices their vehicles according to market value. Kendall took loan draft checks which I took for granted because apparently most dealerships in the lower 48 don't. When I purchased my 2011 Toyota 4 Runner Limited back in 2019 for $21,500, they added free oil changes for a year or 15000 miles, which is pretty darn good ( as far as I remember). They are military friendly!!! Like they actually go out of their way to help military service members and veterans, which I haven't seen here in my local Toyota dealership. When I purchased my 4Runner, Randy, my salesman hid the vehicle near the mechanic's bay since I reside in Fairbanks. His reason behind putting the vehicle away was that "4Runners are highly sought after, and I have customers looking to buy yours.." and let me add that I never gave a deposit to have them hold the vehicle. I just want to say I miss you guys. :( You guys rock! Pictures below are recent.
