I was in Kenosha Toyota with my girlfriend picking up her new car a few weeks ago. I was looking at different cars at the time and was wondering about the new Corollas and how they handled. After talking with Dylan about it, he had Paul pull up a car to have me test drive it. When talking about the features and color that i wanted, they handed me printouts of 2 different cars. I thought about the options and chose one of the cars. Dylan told me it's on a truck and on it's way. Picking up the car was super easy. Jake showed me the car and did a rundown of all the features. He answered any questions I had and was patient through the whole process. He helped me through all the paperwork and i was on my way. We purchased our second vehicle today from Mark Andrews at Kenosha Toyota. We bought a 2026 Highlander Platinum Hybrid, which we are loving so far! We bought a 2025 Toyota Crown in August of 2024 from Mark as well, and both buying experiences have been amazing! Mark has extensive knowledge of all the products sold by Toyota. He is very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and the rest of the Kenosha Toyota staff. Every visit, whether it’s bringing in our car for service or test driving/buying a new vehicle, has been a pleasant experience for us. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and Mark has been instrumental in bringing us back to the dealership for a second time. We appreciate the simplicity of the buying process at this dealership, and leaving there with a new car in less than two hours speaks volumes about the professionalism of the staff there.
