I have a 2020 Corolla hatchback and a 2019 Nissan micra. The Nissan micra is a more reliable car. I had my 2020 Corolla in cause it wasnt starting so they changed the battery. I went and looked at the new battery later that day and noticed they had put in a smaller battery. After a few years I am back to the same problem the car wont start. So I took it to another dealership to have it looked at and they said the car didn't have the right battery in it. Way to go kentville toyota. Never will I go back here to buy a car or have my car serviced here again.

SCAM ALERT; Took my vehicle in for some minor electrical issues, such as traction control not working. They quoted me $28,000 for the repairs as they wanted to completely replace 4 harnesses, and said that was the “ONLY” way to fix the issues. After research, I learned that they gave me the “go away” price. I refused the work and they charged me $1,300 for removing the seats and carpet, cleaning the carpet, and taking pictures. They completely missed cleaning or diagnosing issues with the door, annd didn’t even notice the severe engine noise (a belt needed to be replaced). Unsatisfied, I immediately took it to another mechanic who completely fixed all my problems for $90 and an OBD scanner, contrary to what the stealership was insisting. Kentville Toyota is now seen as highly untrustworthy and I am contemplating writing some formal letters to the higher entities of Toyota. See attached photos of the report. $30,652.39 total bill.

Bought a new Highlander there. My salesman Danny was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable about their products. The whole experience was positive and fast. Just a little update I think it's really greedy toyota to change $10 a mouth to start my car with my phone. It will be something I consider when I'm ready to trade.
