The dealership receives sharply divided reviews, with customers praising individual salespeople like Andrew M. and Matthew for their professionalism, transparency, and patient service, while others report serious concerns about vehicle quality control, lengthy service delays, and undisclosed payment policies. Overall experiences range from highly positive interactions during the sales process to significant frustration with vehicle condition upon purchase and service department operations.
WARNING Do NOT BUY or trust these people they are crooks who are willing to sell a young lady buying her 1st car severely burning rampant through oil. They are no longer a reputable or trustworthy company. My daughter was sold a lemon that was burning oil and they refuse to fix it. It started pouring white smoke every time she started it within weeks of buying it and upon checking it had no oil in it. After calling several times and days right after the purchase, Marty (sales manager) said bring it back in to have it checked including a pep talk on how to “keep maintenance up and oil in it”. Regardless of what they say, and may try to reply to cover their reputation, it is very true and factual. It’s not even possible they didn’t know it was this major burning through oil. This was her 1st time buying a vehicle as a young woman and they took advantage by selling her a car that is no longer drivable & broke down saturated with oil in the entire engine. They are untrustworthy and horrible at customer service and will not take you seriously. They will lie right to your face. Do not trust any of your loved ones to go here, or you may get burned with a car burning oil that you’re stuck paying on. There are plenty other places to shop trust me. They are an unethical bad business. We will proceed accordingly & prove without a shadow of a doubt. These photos do no justice as to the videos and mounds of evidence we have. We’ve had several mechanics look and say the same as well as how many times we’ve completed our oil changes personally due to the amount of money spent on oil, due to the non stop burning of it. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me as I will save you from making the same mistake. If I were management I’d disagree with these statements too, to do as much damage control as possible. Unfortunately for you, my reputation and character are stellar in the community. We wouldn’t be in this position if they didn’t sell a lemon that was damaged burning oil. That is on them & blaming the victim is of poor taste
I came in to buy a car. Andrew M. came in to make sure I actually did it. What followed was a masterclass in patience, persistence, and what I can only describe as a friendly refusal to let me leave without a vehicle. I pushed. He held. I countered. He smiled. I said "final offer." He apparently didn't speak that language. But here's the thing, at no point did I feel pressured, misled, or left guessing. Andrew M. was straight with me from start to finish. He knew where the dealer stood, he respected my time, and he never made me feel like a number on a whiteboard. He was genuinely in my corner, which is a sentence I did not expect to type about a car salesman, no offense to car salespeople. The jokes were free. The transparency was refreshing. The deal got done. Kerry management, I don't know what you're paying this man, but I strongly suggest you reconsider, upward. You have a keeper. Andrew is the kind of guy customers come back to, and I fully intend to be one of them. 10/10. Would let him outlast my stubbornness again.
It took a week to get an appointment. Then it took 4 days for it to be assessed. . Then it took 6 days to get the parts. Then they found another part was needed. Had to wait another 2 days. When we went to get the truck and pay we were told there was a 3% surcharge to use a credit card and they did not take checks. We should have be informed of this before we went to get the truck. Their sign did not indicate this policy. Had we been told we would have paid in cash. On the positive side we were not charged for the additional part not included in the estimate. Another positive , they topped off the fuel tank. It appears they don’t have adequate staffing which would help with delays in communication and long wait times to complete repair. UPDATE. AS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS NOTHING ON THE SIGN STATING 3% SURCHARGE ON CREDIT CARDS.
I spoke to Matthew in the sales department the day before and made arrangements to come in and test drive the Chevy trailblazer. I went in the next morning. He met me as soon as I got out of my Jeep. Took a test drive then went back to the dealership and started working on the sale. Matthew was very courteous and professional and worked with me to get what I needed out of the Jeep and into the trailblazer. Both Matthew and Matt (in the finance dept) were extremely a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend. Kerry Chevrolet as the dealership to go to.
Andrew McGarr was my salesman. He did a wonderful job with assisting me in purchasing this brand new vehicle. Thank you Andrew for all your help in deciding on this vehicle!!!
