A refreshingly great experience with this dealership. We didn't feel pressured in the least and we feel we got a great deal on a gorgeous car. Both Tymur and Anthony seemed honest and straightforward. We felt we were offered a fair trade deal from the get go. The gentleman who came out with the paperwork at the end was also great. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. I will consider Key Acura of Portsmouth for any purchase in the future and will certainly recommend them to everyone. Love my new Acura RDX!

Good size Dealership with lots of inventory to choose from. All the staff at this dealership from sales to financing were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to worked with this as I’ve had other horrible experiences with other places in the past, and they just hit every point to make sure I was happy in my buying experience.

I came here for service after very bad experience with McGovern Toyota. KeyAcura quoted and performed the exact same job that McGovern quoted me, at 1/3 the price - Key Acura $497 vs $1,536 McGovern Toyota. It boggles my mind that McGovern would try to so egregiously take advantage of me, as a “valued long term customer”. I will never go there again! My experience with Key was great. Not only did they do the job quickly and at a reasonable price, they washed my car for free! I will be going there to buy my next car!
