Review for sales and finance departments: Definately 2 top tier leaders in their respective departments, mainly because of their customer service, in addition to industry knowledge. Found it unbelievable, yet refreshing, to have dealt with 2 guys that were not only a pleasure to deal with during the transaction, but have multiple times now, taken time out if their day to either answer, reply, or quickly follow back up with me, even on their days off. Now for that to take place, "After the deal" and monetary transaction, atleast for the time being, in which their is no financial gain to be made is a true testament to their company dedication, and truly caring about their customers! If you have an opportunity to work with either or both you will not be disappointed! Much thanks to Coop and Doug, your customer service and dedication to Key does not go unnoticed!

Key Hyundai had to order a part in order to complete my repair. It arrived quickly as well as triggering a notification to me. The service was performed well and quicker than expected. The service advisor (Riley) did a great job managing the total repair!

Not sure what happened to my last review, but I saw it was not posted.... In any case, Andrew Giacoma was great. He helped me upgrade from my Accent (which I also purchased from Key) to my Sonata Sport which I absolutely love. To be honest, I wasn't sure that it would work out, but Andrew made it happen for me. I walked in on a Thursday evening after work, and walked out with a fair deal on a fantastic car. No pressure. No sales tactics. Just good, honest customer service. It's been two weeks now and not a second of buyer's remorse :-) Very, very satisfied customer. Great overall experience. I will definitely be back again and again, and refer all of my friends and family to Andrew.

I took my car 2013 Hyundai Elantra there for the first time on January 12th 2026 and customer service seems excellent but they charged me $30+ as fees. $31.59 ssc (shop supply charges) which I have no clue and I didn't get anything from their office such as snacks or water etc. They arrange Uber ride at no cost to the customer.

Key Hyundai was great. Zahn Diaz definitely someone who can get you the car you want! Go see him.
