I had been researching a vehicle for over a week that they had ( 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 black addition) Made an appointment to test drive it showed up it was still there. A few months back I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss from Key Chrysler and a couple weeks ago the transmission started acting up... I took the truck back to Key Chrysler and they replaced the transmission with a new transmission, 200 bucks was my deductible. Honestly this place has not just earned my business for a hassle-free transmission replacement, but from the first day I walked into the sales building they were polite, easy to speak with and zero pressure sales. They even gave me a very fair evaluation for my trade in. Should the time come for a new ride, I will definitely give these folks "first stab" selling me another.
