# Summary The dealership receives mixed reviews, with customers praising individual service advisors like James for going above and beyond with transparency and responsiveness, while others report significant service delays spanning months, poor communication, questionable diagnostic practices, and condescending management responses. Several long-term customers have abandoned the dealership due to unresolved issues, overcharges, and alleged work that failed to follow manufacturer specifications.

*UPDATE* 8/19/2025 Okay, so after my initial visit, I purchased the hub rings and put them on. That kinda helped the vibrations, so I scheduled a follow up visit 1 week from the original. Keep in mind, the rims have been on this car for 2 years prior to my visit, and at that visit, they were able to put my wheels on their balancer. I come back, and they tell me my rims are "messed up real bad." I asked how and how they determined that. The writer proceeds to show me that the rims are wore out from the wobble I had and pointed to the space between the rim center bore and one of the lug hole, and comparing it to another. I was beside myself. These are universal rims, 5x115/5x120. He was comparing the space on a 5x115 hole to the space on a 5x120 hole. When I pointed this out, the "ums" came and he then pointed to the width of the taper of the hub bore, saying it was off, that they can't put it on the balancer because of that. I was still in shock, you can clearly see the original tool marks from when the rims were cut, so it wasn't wore out in any way. I claimed the rims were under warranty so I would like some proof. So they put the rim on the balancer (out of my view) and took a video from head on of the tire of the entire thing wobbling 1 inch side-to-side. That doesn't really show a bad rim, that could be an out of round tire, or what is more likely, a rim improperly mounted to the balancer. I did not want to argue, so I just took my car and left. We then used a caliper to measure every aspect of the holes and everything was spot on matching. I took it to a reputable tire shop in Urbana. With NO ISSUES, they got the wheels on their balancer, saw they were way out of balance, but everything spun smooth as silk. What do you know, the car rolls like butter now. So either they were trying to scam me into buying a full set of Chrysler rims, or they are just complete morons. Either way, see ya 5 star, welcome 1 star. Now I need to find a real dealer home for my car. Also, super professional sales staff. Everyone ignores you while you are walking the showroom, gotta crush that candy! PS. Check on them in a couple months. Federal law says they have to safeguard your personal data, and they are currently using 10-15 year old technology in their dealerships. None of their computers on the flow will be Windows 11 compatible, meaning if they don't update their systems by October 14th, 2025, they will be out of compliance of the FTC Safeguards Rule, part of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. At which point you may file a complaint with the FTC against them for not properly safeguarding your personal and financial information. *ORIGINAL* 8/12/2024 I recently bought a 300 with aftermarket rims on it. Not from this dealership, it was a private sale. The previous owner believed that there was a vibration due to a bad balance. This was the only dealership willing to match-mount and balance my tires. So bonus stars for that. No other dealer was willing to even look a the car with the aftermarket rims. They took the wheels off and started checking the balance and realized that the tires were fairly well balanced. They noticed there were no hub centric rings for the rims, causing them to be just slightly off center, thus causing the vibrations. Even though the dealership did work, and I insisted on paying something for the work they did, they sent me on my way without a bill. They got me the information I need to start to find a set of rings, and they said they would be happy to do everything once I have them. It is nice to find a dealership that was actually interested in doing the job right and not just looking for easy money. This will be my 300's service home now. Thank you!

I just left the dealership after paying for my service i met with the sales manager and service manager so I could tell them my frustration with their customer service my last 4 visits. I have been a customer there for many years but will not be returning. My last visits I have been told it was going to be taken care of in a timely manner and that was never the case. At one point they had my vehicle for 90 days and I had to pay for a rental in which they damaged what they were supposed to fix by not following the manufacturer instructions. On the next visit they overcharged me by $120 which I didn’t get back until today after a month of waiting. During that visit they were replacing an oil cooler after this work was completed I found an oil leak a few day’s later. I took it back in to have the leak inspection done and they miraculously found multiple leaks that were not there when they replaced the oil cooler. They wanted to charge me $6500.oo. In the meeting with the sales manager he was very condescending. I was a loyal customer for almost 30 years and I will never be going back. And I made sure everything I said here was said to them in person.

"I cannot recommend the service department here enough, specifically James. I came in stressed and James went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was transparent about the process, kept me updated, and truly treated me with kindness. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer service these days. If you’re bringing your car in, ask for James—you won’t be disappointed!"
