My personal experience went as easy as things could go. Mark was my salesman and I felt did an amazing job and was very personable. Everything he said was just as described. I would not hesitate one second going back to this dealership and working with him again. The dealership had a no pressure feeling and was very comfortable, which I like. They also had the best price around for my new truck. One happy buyer here!

I came in to make an appointment for an alignment on my 2016 F350 super duty truck. The service writer told me they could do it right then. After about half an hour of waiting in the waiting room, the service technician and service writer told me my alignment was within spec's, and my tires and brakes pads are okay, the rotated my tires and I was on my way. I was more than impressed with their professional service and honesty. They could have charged me for an alignment and extra front end parts and I wouldn't have known the difference. This kind of service and honesty are extremely rare this days. I come back from the time when you're handshake was your word and you stood behind it. I am extremely pleased with key Scales Ford dealership.

From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, Terrell (vehicle specialist) was amazing! He was professional, polite and downright first class. Terrell was extremely busy helping 3 other people at the same time purchasing vehicles before us. He still managed to help make our visit to the dealership a success. Although throughout the entire process we were unfortunately there for 6 hours (and with a 3 year old). There are definitely some areas within the dealership that can be improved but overall we had a pleasant experience. We love our new Mustang!

A family owned dealership that understands their customers and will go the extra mile. Absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. No sales pressure or trick tactics. Mark was great to work with and I’m enjoying my new Lightning.

The service department is great! Got the issue on 2025 F-250 resolved. They took it on a test drive with me in the vehicle so I could explain what I was experiencing. They were attentive/respectful, and responsive. They did a great job!
