The service department sold me. Being a small business owner, I can’t survive without out my truck and they have always accommodated my service needs. So when it was time to purchase a new one, there was only one question, which salesman do I go with. From my outstanding salesman Jeff Schreiber, the great sales managers Tom and Paul, and the owner Joe Keyes, all expectations were met and more. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have bought several vehicles from Jeff at Keyes, we have always been very satisfied. He knows what we like in our vehicles and always finds what we are looking for. He is honest & tells us what what to watch out for. We won't buy from anyone else. We are very happy with his salesmanship. Thank You.

Purchased an 02 Trans Am from them. Logan was a great salesman and Dalton was also was great to work with. Negotiable on a fair level. A week after purchasing the car my check engine light came on and passenger window was weak. They took it in and fixed it all for me only charging a very small fraction ($250) of what would of been the total bill (around $1500). Thanks to Joe Keyes for making this right. I am loving the car!

Mario in the service department was great to work with on a shifter claim. What I appreciated was he didn’t try to sell a whole transmission when it wasn’t needed. Sounds crazy, but it happens, and his honesty stood out.

It appears this post was taken down. So edited to update. Interesting. Very disappointed with the service advisor. If you bought an extended warranty through the dealer on a used (new) vehicle make sure you do your own research. The dealer will not make an attempt to call the warranty folks and tell you things are not covered and you will have to pay out of pocket. You also may get your vehicle back with a check engine light and an entirely new code and issue according to them, even though the work that was done is directly related to the new code. They did offer to fix the issue they created for a little over $400 though. Disappointed to say the least. I also found out that my vehicle had some wires unplugged from it, interesting that a vehicle that went through an inspection here had wires hanging in the engine bay when I purchased it. They did blame me for that though. So that was nice.
