I will start this review by saying this was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had, hands down! Austin was nothing but amazing from the start. I liked him right off the bat from our first hand shake. And it just got better from there. I went into the dealership asking for the impossible. Austin did a great job finding a way to make it happen. I know it’s a salesmen job to make you feel like they are your “friend” but I truly felt like he was on my side trying to get me the very best deal, and he did. After Austin worked his magic and we agreed on the *fantastic* deal, I was then sent to Donna to sign all the final paperwork. She was also equally as amazing and further sweetened the deal when it came to the warranty. She was also a pleasure to talk to while the business was getting done. Between the two of them, my experience buying a brand new car (something I hadn’t done in over 20 years) was effortless and enjoyable, no stress at all. Thank you guys so much for your great work with me. I will absolutely come back to this specific dealership for my future car needs!

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Ruben was my salesman, and he was incredibly helpful, informative, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure I fully understood all of the vehicle’s features before I left the lot, which I truly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free without wasting time. The finance process was also quick and easy. Donna was wonderful to work with and made everything smooth and straightforward. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’ve already recommended this dealership to friends and family and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Excellent customer service all around!

UPDATE: I had a disappointing experience with the finance department. When I requested a refund for an optional $1,000 NitroFill add‑on (which my contract clearly lists as a separate item), the finance manager became defensive, raised her voice, and insisted the vehicle price would have to be increased if the add‑on was removed. This was not reflected anywhere in my signed contract. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I had a very positive experience at Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills. Austin was the sales representative who helped me, and he was excellent from start to finish. I called earlier in the day to confirm pricing on the 2026 IONIQ 5, and he answered every question clearly and confidently. When I arrived later that afternoon, he was prepared for a quick test drive and walked me through the car’s features and updates without any pressure. When it came time to review the numbers, he was completely transparent — no surprises, no hidden fees, and nothing shady. I had already done my research on expected pricing, and everything aligned with what I anticipated. The finance process took a bit longer than expected, but overall I left very satisfied with the experience.

I had a great experiencing from the service dept. Ian was my advisor and he was able to get me in the same day to handle my check engine issue. I called multiple Hyundai dealerships, and no one was able to service my car for at least a week. I was willing to drive 25 miles to get the car serviced and have my issue resolved. The repair was covered under warranty and I am thankful for Ian resolving this issue quickly and getting my vehicle back on the road. I would highly recommend Ian in the service department to service your car in a friendly and efficient manner. The best service of a vehicle I have experienced from any dealership. Two thumbs up!

Terrible customer service from start to finish. Unethical and completely unprofessional. From the beginning, we were very clear about what we wanted. We told the salesperson upfront that we were ready to pay cash, that we wanted no add-ons, and that we were only interested in the actual car price plus taxes and registration. I specifically said I did not want to waste my time, and he assured us he would help. Instead, we were left waiting, and then they came back with a ridiculously high price and already calculated monthly payments without even checking our credit. For the record, we are Tier 1 buyers if we choose to finance. When I told them this was not what we agreed on and repeated that we were there strictly for the vehicle price plus taxes and registration, the response was shocking. The person we were speaking with — who turned out to be the manager — laughed in our face, was rude and sarcastic, and said, “This is how we make money. I don’t want customers that come with cash.” He then opened the door and essentially kicked us out of the dealership. This behavior is unacceptable. We were a group of four people and were planning to purchase two vehicles, yet we were treated with complete disrespect. The way they manipulate numbers in financing and treat customers who ask for transparency is a huge red flag. If you’re trying to buy a car and want an honest deal, run from this dealership. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership — and we have purchased many vehicles from different dealers over the years. My entire family will be leaving reviews to warn future customers to be very careful with this business.
