I had an excellent experience with the service department at Kia AutoSport of Pensacola. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. The staff, specifically Monty, kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions promptly, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Most importantly, my vehicle was completed and ready exactly when promised, which is something I truly appreciate. While the waiting area is currently housed in a temporary portable building, the staff has done a great job making it comfortable and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, professional, and focused on providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to find a service department that values both communication and customer satisfaction. I will not hesitate to return for my future service needs.

Service advisor, Randy is excellent and deserves some recognition. I recently purchased a used 2022 Stinger GT1 from Tampa with only 20k miles, that turned out to have a lot more worn parts and trim, than I had originally noticed. I guess that’s the risk you take when buying a vehicle from that far away. Randy took all of my concerns seriously; he took photos and sent off to Kia headquarters to evaluate if it would be covered under warranty. Long story short, after a few trips back and forth to the dealership and various phone calls with Randy, I saved about $6000 total in parts covered under warranty. They even replaced both of my headlights! I was not expecting those to be covered considering they’re $2,000 each!! I also told Randy at one of my appointments that my car had been ceramic coated and to avoid automatic car washes, so instead he had the service department hand wash my car. He is an excellent service advisor and I would easily recommend him to anyone else. He’s patient, honest, thorough, and answers your phone calls. The Stinger is brand new again! Thank you, Kia for honoring your warranty and thank you, Randy for all your patience and for your expertise in this matter! I will definitely feel confident to bring my Stinger back here for future servicing as well. Ps; it’s a shame Kia discontinued the Stinger. Nobody likes electric performance vehicles no matter how fast they are, as they’re still boring to drive. Please consider bringing the Stinger back. Thank you!

Very happy with my new Kia Sorento SX Prestige Hybrid. The team at Kia Autosport of Pensacola was easy to work with, answered my questions, and gave me plenty of time to make the right decision without feeling pressured.
