Kia Cowansville

I went on October 9,2025 to check out second hand Kia Soul, the salesman,Charles, found a car in Drummondville, he had the car brought to Cowansville the same day. Charles had so much patience, he read and explained all the papers I had to sign. I also really appreciated that Charles did not push financing. Charles also arranged for me to have a free oil change as there is no record of when the car last had an oil change. The only problem I has was with the extended warranty. Charles quoted a price and kilometres, when I came to sign the next day, the price was higher and the kilometres were less. I would recommend Charles and Kia Cowansville, I feel I had excellent service.

Brought in my car for a weird problem with the windshield wipers (Out of sync) with no appointment. They came out to look at it right away and sent a tech to look within 5 minutes. The tech took my car in 5 minutes later and had it fixed less than 15 minutes later. They brought me my car keys saying there’s no charge! Thanks Amber and Sybille!

Bring in my car to get an oil change and my boyfriend who is not the owner was aloud to make a money decision on my vehicle without me knowing!! I find this not right (the reason was because I didn't answer the phone but mind you I am working) .. if i'm the one making my payments and the cars under my name it should be my decision and if I don't answer the phone you don't go and do something that someone's name is not under !! The woman who talked to my boyfriend about changing my both filters ended up calling me telling me that she's worked there for 15 years , saying that she never heard a story like this and trying to tell me i was wrong for being upset and also trying to compare me to other clients as she never heard of someone being upset!! She could have just said "im sorry for you're feelings and I will put a note in the file that you are to be advised before any changes are done.. and that nothing's to be done on my vehicle unless I give approval" but right from the start she was complaining and then said i will put a note in the file! 15 years working and still doesn't know how to make a proper phone call to a client 😑 she was trying to sound professional but she was actually really rude and of topic . Also about a month ago I went for an appointment and they guy was 15 mins late to his own appointment 🙃 I've always been with Valleyfield and I have no zero complaints!! They are truly the best kia

Made an appointment online to test drive an EV9. Showed up, a bunch of salesmen were waiting around and I was ignored for like 5 minutes until someone showed up and asked me what I was doing there. When I said that I was here for a test drive, they went to get another salesman to tell me that they don't have any in stock for a test drive, so I wasted my time going to the dealership for nothing because the online team doesn't seem to speak directly to the dealership. Usually, car dealerships have better sales experiences than service experiences, so if the sales experience was this abysmal, I can't even imagine how bad the service experience must be.
