BEWARE ⚠️.Very poor customer service.staff very arragant. Revived a letter from Kia about recall (break lines).. they did repairs. After the work was finished they advised me that I would have to pay and I would be reimbursed later ($850). 😡. Update: received a call from the manager ( Pierre-marc Letourneau). Explained what happened. He apologized for what happened but that was about it. He said the past is the past🤔

I am pretty disappointed with their communication. I was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours after the purchase, but it took them three weeks to get back to me and that is because I had to constantly tried to get in touch with them. My mistake, should of never left with the car until the repair was completed. ( quick to sell, slow to follow their promises) There is an obvious lack of cohesion among the team, and I’ve started to regret my purchase. It feels like they just tell you what you want to hear, and then when things go wrong, they use ignorance as an excuse, passing the blame from one director to another. I will not be returning there. Their lack of professionalism has seriously diminished my confidence in trusting them to do the job correctly. I had to explain myself multiple times to three different people, and still, the job was not done to my satisfaction. This was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better.

Laurent was an excellent salesman and very helpful. Very knowledgeable about EVs and fluent in English. Incredibly happy with the vehicle I bought with no hassle.

We were overwhelmed with the kindness and excellent customer care from the service and parts departments. We needed a repair done on Friday of the long weekend and Kevin and Miguel went out of their way to help us and get us back on the road in spite of how busy they already were. We are so grateful! Huge thanks to everyone!
