Great, non-pressure experience. We had brought our Sorento in for service a couple of weeks ago & Maddie was very helpful & informative. She helped set up the Kia connect on my car, which was almost 2 years old. (We had leased it from a different dealership in another state and that dealership not the least bit helpful). Maddie and Chris Johnson were very patient and spent a lot of time with us looking at other vehicles & crunching numbers (we wanted out of our lease). We went back yesterday, Maddie was busy, but Sophia Dunn and Justin Gipson were just as wonderful! They and Chris Johnson got us out of our lease and into a Sportage that is just great.! Also, Finance Manager Darci Snively was very thorough, but quick, and honest with us. She made us feel like she cared about us as customers as opposed to selling unneeded products (like the big dealership in Colorado did when we leased the Sorento 2 years ago). 100% go to KIA of Billings!! They will take good care of you!

I absolutely LOVE my new Kia Sorento Hybrid from Kia of Billings! The whole process was so easy and I never felt pressured to purchase or upgrade anything. I purchased a new Kia Sportage from this dealership, and it was the easiest, most hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had! Jason was my salesperson and he was absolutely the best! I had actually purchased a truck from him before when he was with a different dealership, and I will recommend him to anyone! The finance manager was also awesome! No pressure to make additional purchases and he really just wanted to make sure that I got the deal that worked best for me. I highly recommend Billings Kia!

Clay was fantastic. He helped find a car in my price range, stayed in communication and really went above and beyond. My 9 year old felt included in the process and he keeps telling people about his new "space ship car". Thank you to Kia for making this an easy process. You have a couple of lifers now :)
