Kia of Englewood

Once again Kia Englewood came through for me. Angel Rodriguez the salesman who help me when I got my 2025 Telluride also help me with the trade in of that vehicle to get the 2027 Telluride Hybrid SX-Prestige. He got me to the monthly payment number I wanted and I got my fully loaded Telluride. He was very accommodating while I was waiting for the vehicle to be inspected and upgrading the software. It was along day but it was a rainy Memorial Weekend what better place to be than getting a new car. Thanks Angel.

My experience at Kia of Englewood has been astonishing! I’ve went into there with my guard all the way up from past experiences getting completely scammed. Angel was my salesmen and he went above and beyond! It couldn’t have gone any better. He was so thorough and transparent, making sure I understood everything. Angel helped with everything between picking the perfect car, 1 of my dreams and 2 that would be perfect for me and what I need. But also reassuring, telling me all I need to know, answering my billion questions all while being so kind. He has the patience of a saint! My experience at Kia of Englewood was great from start to finish. I went in wanting to test drive a Sportage and was able to do so with no questions asked. Robert told me, “give me five minutes and I’ll have the car here and ready to go.” True to his word, the car was ready and we went for a test drive. When we returned, I was honest and told him that I was shopping around. He provided me with a quote for exactly what I was interested in and it was a very good one, might I add. We shook hands and I was on my way. I visited several dealerships, but nowhere else was I treated the way I was at Kia. Needless to say I returned when I did, I was greeted with the same level of respect and professionalism from Robert. Once Robert and I worked out some details, I met Peter Kim, GM. Peter was just as friendly and willing to listen to what I wanted, working with me to get the price where I wanted it. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing straightforward and explained everything. There were no surprises and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t want. During my time at Kia, I was well taken care of and never pressured, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend this dealership again and again. Specifically ask for Robert Berlin and work with Peter Kim.
