Welcomed by a wonderful representative, Gary, who greeted us. He wasn’t a “salesperson” as he didn’t push us on a sale. Gary was extremely knowledgeable on the product, pricing and an absolute pleasure all the way around. We met Keith the sales manager who came over to introduce himself. We ended up trading in our one car (best price we had) and purchasing a new Seltos. We had a tour of the new dealership and it is absolutely gorgeous. Best dealership in Johnson City with the best team- sales, service and management!

I purchased my 2022 Kia Telluride new. I had been taking it to Kia of Bristol for regular maintenance since I've owned it until the last 6-8 months I decided to take it to JC Kia for service just due to it being closer to my home. Shortly after my last oil change at JC KIA I noticed some oil drops in my garage. I took it today to find out the problem and they said the oil housing filter was cracked. Upon investigating what would cause this I feel the Johnson City Kia Service Dept created this problem. It's caused from being put on too tightly, put on incorrectly, old and brittle from the cold, etc. My car is only 4 years old and garage kept. The manager did call and offered to show me the part. No thanks you all would NEVER admit fault. The oil started leaking before this single digit weather so Mr. Manager it wasn't due to cold weather. I would not recommend the Service Dept at JC KIA. I was weary when I was charged over $600 for a battery installation months back. I should've ran then. Go to another dealership for service. I did contact Kia Corporate as well regarding this issue.
