KIA of Manhattan, they are top-notch. The service is impeccable. They make mistakes sometimes. But they recover from their mistakes in a customer friendly way. Their friendliness is the draw for you to come in and pursue buying a car or continue to bring your car for service. At the conclusion of your service visit they Explain what was done.What you need and how your car is running. So that you can be on top of your car maintenance needs in the future. I just love it. In my book, they are the best Dealership ever!

I purchased my vehicle in fall 2023 and have had my car serviced several times at Manhattan Kia. While prices are higher (I feel this is normal for most dealerships), I've received great customer service. Last oil change there was a discrepancy between the price quoted online and what I was changed. George communicated with me afterwards and made it right very quickly. I went this past week for another oil change and was greeted at the front desk by Damian. He was Quick to greet with a smile, checked on me as I was waiting, made sure I fully understood the billing and charges. He did all of this with a great attitude and a smile. The customer service I received this week was some of the best I've experienced anywhere recently.

Highly Recommend!! I had an amazing experience at Kia of Manhattan. My salesman, Joshua, was incredible to work with. He took the time to educate me on each vehicle and all of the features, and he never once made me feel pressured. He was very patient and let me look at and test-drive multiple cars without getting annoyed. The whole process was quick and painless, and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly. I’m a first-time buyer and pretty young to be purchasing a car on my own, but everyone treated me with respect and talked directly to me instead of to my parents. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I ended up leasing a vehicle instead of buying, and I’m so happy with my choice. I would 1000% recommend Joshua and this dealership, and I will definitely be returning for my next purchase.

Evan was a blast to work with and the manager was so helpful with working with us on my daughter’s first car! The new detailing department was stellar!

Josh was amazing. He answered all of our questions and really knew what he was talking about. He wasn’t pushy at all and I could tell he really wanted to help. Jeremy did all of the paperwork and did great too. Super cool place to be even though you’re dropping a ton of money. Overall, a 5 star experience at Kia Manhattan!
