We just purchased our beautiful new Kia Seltos from Kia of Wilmington, and honestly we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Our salesperson, Jamie Connell, welcomed us warmly, spoke with us about our needs with absolutely no pressure at all, a total professional. We quickly decided on our new car, and from that point forward the entire process was quick, easy, and frankly very pleasant.

BUYERS BEWARE Do not buy a car from these people; Ralph sold me a 2022 Genesis G70 with a BAD TRANSMISSION 3 days after buying the car it was a crank but no start. Brought it in to Genesis and I was informed that the cars transmission cooler failed as well as the transmission. Car is currently sitting up with no ETA for the transmission. Kia of Wilmington has been ignoring my calls in regards to this matter. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else for a vehicle. DO BETTER AND BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I was politely & quickly greeted once I walked into the dealership by Michael K., which introduced me to Curtis H. who helped talk details of what vehicle I was looking for, pricing, etc., making the decision process headache free! Throughout this entire experience I never felt pressured to purchase anything, all my questions were answered, and was treated like family. Kevin G. helped with the process of filing out final paperwork, going over warranties, etc. and he was extremely helpful. All staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.
