Kia Val-Bélair

I had a great experience at Kia Val-Bélair. The salesmen, Jean-Félix and Ludovic, helped me with the purchase of my new 2026 EV4. Jean-Félix took the time to show me a variety of vehicles and made sure my needs were met. He also spoke with me in English, which made the process much easier. I was at the dealership for almost six hours, and he worked with me to ensure I got the deal I wanted. Ludovic made sure the final steps moved quickly so I could leave with my new vehicle as soon as possible. The only downside was that most of the paperwork was primarily in French, so if you’re an anglophone, it may be helpful to have a translator or ask for clarification. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend working with Jean-Félix and Ludovic, and I would definitely come back again!

We had a very disappointing experience with Kia Val-Bélair. After our second car broke down beyond repair, we urgently needed a new vehicle. Since this dealership was close to our home and one of the few open on a Saturday, we decided to check it out. We met with a consultant, chose a car, and went for a test drive. Afterward, we made a down payment and began the financing process. As immigrants, we were offered a very high interest rate and were told this was the best they could do since we weren't permanent residents or citizens. Believing we had no other choice, we proceeded with the application. Once the financing was approved and all documents were signed, we were told the car would be delivered from another location in about 40 minutes. We waited over an hour without any updates. When we tried to contact the consultant, no one answered. No one could explain the delay, so we left. The next evening, we received a call informing us that the car had been sold to someone else. It’s hard to express the level of frustration and disappointment we felt. The lack of professionalism and disregard for us as customers was shocking. They then offered us a similar car for the same price, and since we were in a critical situation, we agreed. All documents had already been approved, and we were promised the car the next day. But instead of a delivery call, we were told that after checking the Carfax report, it turned out the car had been in an accident with significant damages. In the end, we just took back our down payment and left extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Thankfully, we found the same model with the same configuration at Kia Laurier-Station. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and respected. They offered us a much lower interest rate—even as newcomers—and processed everything quickly. We had the car the next day. I cannot recommend Kia Val-Bélair. It’s worth taking the extra time to go somewhere where customers are truly valued.
