I visited the service centre, and it was a frustrating experience. The advisor never spoke clearly, I asked for additional service when I asked for the extra charge he mentioned $10 but charged me $110! If the advisor can’t say it properly, write it down! That’s why I asked for the exact amount. My previous service technician was shocked when he saw the invoice. He said the charge should be $180, not $347. While they didn’t fix the navigation, which I had mentioned, the car wash itself was disappointing. It seemed no one even try to wipe the car. Be careful where you go for service!

Just picked up my new Kia EV6 Land Premium Package from Kia Vancouver, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Excellent experience at this Kia dealership. By far the best service I’ve received at any car dealership. Steve was knowledgeable, personable, and made the whole process genuinely pleasant. His colleague Mo also played a big role in my decision to buy from this location. It’s refreshing to deal with a sales team that doesn’t feel like the typical pushy car dealership experience.
