By far the best experience I had purchasing a car in my life. Ask for Trisa and Olivia! Trisa our sales consultant and Olivia our business manager, were lovely. From the very first visit, Trisa kept us updated, informed, and acquired the numbers we wanted right away, with no wasted time. She was very accommodating and friendly. Even during pickup, she took the time to explain everything and answer any questions so I was familiar with everything before taking off. When talking with Olivia, she informed us of every additional options we may want or need but she did not pressure us or make us uncomfortable in any way. I purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 AWD Turbo, and the sales process was smooth and satisfactory. However, after taking delivery of the vehicle, I began experiencing several issues, which I promptly reported to the dealership. Firstly, there appears to be a wheel alignment problem. Although the dealership mechanic assured me that the alignment had been inspected and was functioning properly, I have consistently noticed the vehicle drifting to the left while driving on the highway. Despite their attempts to address the concern, the issue remains unresolved. Secondly, there is a persistent creaking noise when applying the brakes. The mechanic informed me that the brakes are aftermarket and stated that nothing could be done. This response was both surprising and unsatisfactory, as this information was never disclosed during the sales process. I find it difficult to accept that no solution can be offered. Additionally, there is an irritating vibration or creaking sound coming from the dashboard while driving, which further detracts from the overall driving experience. I have communicated all of these concerns to the business manager; however, none of the issues have been resolved to date. Based on my experience, I would advise other potential buyers to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchasing from this dealership. Overall, my experience has been disappointing.
