Chasity, Ryan, Jesse and Carson all made a great effort to make sure I was happy with the product I was buying. I felt like I received a fair deal on the trade I made and there were no sales gimmicks happening. Honest people doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. Would highly recommend working with this dealership.

Kindersley mainline was awesome to deal with Chasity was great. Ryan the same thing.the gm Carson even came out to talk and introduce himself. Had a very good experience with them. Had a couple small issues after purchasing the truck and Chasity took care of everything. I will definitely consider purchasing there again even though there a ways away. Iam from PA sk little bit of a drive. But they were awesome!!!!!!!!

First off this is a case of I wish I could give more stars!!! I needed to get an out of province inspection done on 2 vehicles I had recently purchased from Alberta, I went to SGI's site and looked up shops that do that in Kindersley and called all of them for pricing and availability, Mainline was on the lower side of pricing but their availability was more open (some shops were booking weeks out), so I made an appointment with Mainline (which I had to move back a few times) and every phone call and in person interaction with the service gals was just friendly and inviting, once I finally arrived for the inspections that friendly and attentive service continued, even the mechanics (who I find are NORMALLY big grumpy baby's (ya I said it!) well they were just nice and took the time to explain the issues my vehicle had (yes it failed) so that I could get it fixed and return for the alignment and pass the inspection. After leaving the first time I thought maybe I just caught them on a good day but when I returned a few days later with the required repairs completed (I did them myself) everyone was just a pleasant, from the front reception person who made sure we were comfortable in the adequate waiting area (comfortable chairs but small area) to again the amazing service gals and the friendly mechanics, they all just made the expensive and tedious task of an out of province inspection more pleasant. I will definitely use them again for all my service and inspection needs (FYI I brought 2 older Dodge Rams for the inspections) and based on this experience I would MOST DEFINITELY consider them when looking for a new truck! Most dealerships will be amazing when you're buying but really suck when it comes to service after the sale, based on my experience with Mainline they would be amazing after as well! Thank you for the great service, hopefully I don't see you guys again too soon haha.
