Update: King Ford has taken my car and fixed every detail. Perhaps my expectations were too high from a Lincoln dealer but they have since rectified the issues and will hopefully pay better attention to detail and communicate better in the future. When you purchase a Lincoln, it is supposed to be above par service from the dealer. Original review: If like me, you expect that, find another dealer. Service manager is arrogant and barely speaks and seems to dismiss a woman customer. They never have a loaner and I get to return again on Monday (3rd time) for the same issue only they actually gave it back to me in worse shape. Such a shame as I thought this dealer would our dealer for life. Live and learn I suppose. They should just stop selling luxury vehicles if they can't hold their end of the bargain. The female in service department is very nice. Only one photo attached because it would have taken a minimum of 10 to show the sloppy work and lack of care.
