For the service department - front of house Kelly and John, amazing customer service! Great to work with! The actual work and quality of work, if I could give negative stars I would. Had work on our wrangler and grand cherokee. Brought our wrangler in for an oil leak. Issue was diagnosed and "fixed" they called us to come pick it up and as we turn it on to leave, the service light was on. (why were we even called when a light was on? Not sure the light wasn't on when we brought it in) Comes back that a wire was loose, fine okay it happens. Bring it home and few days later and it is still leaking oil. Oil plug was incorrect, something that probably should have been caught the first time we were at the service department considering we were in for an oil leak. Now our grand cherokee, replaced the water pump. We hop in, coolant is below the minimum line. Go back in they top it off for us. What do you know, the service engine light pops on by the time we get home. At this point, I decide to bring it to another shop. Wire is loose. 2 vehicles, 2 loose wires. Mistakes happen, I get it, but two times in just as many weeks seems sloppy and unreliable. Also should mention the tech stood on our front bumper and didn't even have the decency to wipe off the muddy footprints. If you want to have to go back and forth to the dealership a bunch of times to get the issue completely resolved I definitely recommend them! If not, probably suggest finding a service department that values quality.

I was able to get an oil change without setting an appointment and the wait time was not long at all. The customer service was excellent and I do recommend them.
