Faith from the finance department was equally outstanding. She handled the financial side seamlessly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had an amazing experience here. Thank you!!! I went there last minute and they were able to accommodate me right away. They could’ve easily charged me almost $400 to replace my tire (I had been told that it couldn’t be plugged after visiting Firestone), but as soon as they looked at my tire I received a call saying, why a new tire when you can easily plug this! Good question! Of course they plugged the tire and I left with a bill that was 1/8 of their original quote and I was a very happy camper.
