Excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Ram Rebel in May. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Our salesperson, Chad Johnson, was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy, which made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I was in a time crunch but knew I needed to move quickly on the deal, and Chad worked with me through calls and texts to keep everything moving forward seamlessly. Most of the deal was completed remotely, away from the dealership, and they had efficient processes in place that made everything incredibly easy. I really appreciated how streamlined the entire experience was. I love my truck and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and a hassle-free buying experience.

As exceptional as the sales and finance teams were, the service department is equally as poor. Have been trying to get a call back for 3 days. They do not respond. Buyer beware - excellent to work with until it comes time to service your vehicle.

Best pricing I could find on my new truck (special ordered). Leonard was great and even showed me his computer screen during the building process to make things easier and make sure that we were on the same page. Service advisor Greg or Craig is terrible. Any problem you might have with your new truck is “strictly cosmetic” according to him. I’ve had better luck at Jake Sweeney as of late. You can thank Craig for that.

Every interaction had a defined objective that was mutually agreed upon. The purchase/finance appointment was conducted with ease. Nothing better than walking out this thumb drive versus a 9” x 12” envelope with 50 pages that will clutter my limited filing cabinet.Almost as beautiful as my truck!!!! While the dealership has excellent inventory and gave a massive discount on the MSRP for my 2024 Dodge Hornet, the customer service from the sales staff was awful. When I started reviewing the numbers and asked to remove the hidden $1,195 Zurich Shield fee, the salesperson completely cut me off and became incredibly rude. He was equally disrespectful when discussing my Jeep trade-in numbers. I had to catch multiple errors on the worksheet, including an inflated trade payoff and marked-up registration fees. I love the car and got the price I wanted, but the staff's hostile attitude made it a miserable experience. Go here for the prices, but expect terrible service.
