Rob was fantastic — he didn’t try to oversell us on something we didn’t need. Instead, he focused on helping us find the right vehicle for our situation. It was clear he puts people before commission. Marlen was incredible in helping us navigate the insurance side. She advocated for us when it mattered and made sure we weren’t left dealing with things alone. Mike also played a key role behind the scenes, stepping in to help prevent delays and ensure the process moved forward so our insurance payout could be handled as quickly as possible. I recently purchased a Hyundai Kona N Line Ultimate from Rob Szmidt at Kingston Hyundai. Rob is a true professional salesperson and was very thorough in explaining everything to my satisfaction. My wife and I were very comfortable dealing at Kingston Hyundai. We were instantly struck with the 2026 Tuscon Ultima HEV. The colour drew us to it. ( Cashmere Bronze) We were met by Rob Szmidt who was very accommodating and not a pushy salesman. We knew this was the vehicle we were after. We had test driven othe makes and models. Our only decision at our ages was, do we purchase outright or lease Our Nesbit Burns advisor was helpful there. Our decision was to lease for 3 years. Marlen Algieri the Finance Manager thoroughly explained all the details of the contract and answered all our questions. She was a pleasure to deal with in person or by email.
