Today, I had an outstanding experience dealing with Adam V, after a long morning of going from dealership to dealership. Trying to be the best price for my old vehicle, Adam made it simple and handled everything I needed. He found a vehicle that matched my price point, fit all the needs I required and was the zero pressure to make a deal! These are the kind of salesmen everyone that owns a vehicle should deal with. Kind, understanding and exceptionally easy to deal with. If I could give 10 stars I would, this has by far been the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Thank you, also to all the staff that helped make this experience so enjoyable and with zero stress!!

I purchased my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta (Comfortline) today and I just want to give a big shout out to Kaeden! After patiently looking at a few options for vehicles we came up with this beauty of a car! He knew what I was looking for in a car and also what I did not desire which helped sift through the options. Very knowledgeable of the inventory available. Also want to shout out to Leslie for being patient with me and working with us through the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate everything the staff there has done for me in my unique situation!

Honestly a really good experience with Kingston VW. Safi was great, didn't felt pressured.., he let me take my time and decide if the ID.4 was right for me. Jay in finance broke everything down clearly, especially the warranties, coverage, etc...which I appreciated. The whole process felt smooth from start to finish.

Such a great experience all around! Jay in Service was amazing — he was able to figure out an issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan that two other shops couldn’t. Kaeden in Sales was just as great. He was super patient with my husband, showed him lots of options, and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Top notch customer service!
