Kirby's Hitch & Wiring

They installed a new 5th wheel hitch, no problem. Then, new camper brakes after 3 years of 5th wheel use. Changed them over from self-adjusting brakes that were wearing out. Sent me a note that I needed to check the brakes again for this season. I have an appointment to get new tires from them and check the brakes for safety. This shop is the epitome of service and fair prices. Compare them to other camper shops and you'll see why I have Kirby's do my work.

My 35 year old utility trailer was in need of a complete re-wiring and wheel hub service. Due to some negative reviews, I was careful to get verbal confirmation of what the costs would be. Harry pointed out that the trailer needed a trailer breakaway kit which it didn't previously have, so I asked them to add one. I took the trailer in on a Friday afternoon and needed the trailer the following Tuesday. The work was done on Monday with all new wire, 7-pin coupler, breakaway kit, wheel lube and new seals. Total cost for parts and labor was $841. The cost was reasonable and true to the quotes. I'm pleased that they did excellent work using high quality materials. I have three trailers and wouldn't hesitate to call on Kirby's Hitch and wiring again. Steve B

Worst trailer shop in loveland with paid them $800 cash to fix lights and brakes on my trailer picked it up the brakes didn't work at all and half of the light still didn't work will never use them again worst customer service below are photos of the "quality" work they do. No heat shrink or neatness just electrical tape and things left loose. When i went to unplug the trailer the plug stayed in the truck while the wires pulled right out. Now im out 800 bucks and have to do the work myself because they refused to fix it or make it right. Run as far away from them as you can.

Excellent job- the manager took my car straight back and fixed the issue while I waited and for far less than anticipated. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable.
