Kirksville Toyota

Very difficult to get a call back from this place. Car shopped all afternoon and salesperson promised to find us a car but we never heard back after a month. Tried four times today to get a call back from the service dept. I missed one call and called their automation back AGAIN. No response after that. Not nearly like it was under Jim Robertson. Car service after moving here from Omaha is like night and day.

Very overpriced service. Charged $95 to replace battery. I guess it’s a very complicated repair for Kirksville Toyota. You have to raise hood and loosen 2 nuts. Tech didn’t even put the plastic cap back on!

The whole team at Kirksville Toyota are beyond amazing and super helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. They make you feel comfortable and confident when purchasing a vehicle. You don’t find this at every dealership. If you are debating on whom to go through, make it easy on yourself and go through them. Bill, Jon, and everyone else are phenomenal. Only left one star because you have to in order to leave a review. We got a brake job done at a different garage. When we went to pick the car up all the bells and whistles were going off so we left the car there. Next day we took the car to Toyota in Kirksville Missouri. It is a 2022 Toyota Corolla hybrid. All we had done was the brakes at this other garage should’ve been a simple fix. Kirksville called us the next day and said it was going to cost us $7000 to fix our car that the master cylinder to the brakes was shot. Livid we picked the car up did not get it fixed there and took it to a different garage. Today we got the phone call our car fixed $214. Beyond angry and mad that they were trying to rip us off unbelievable. They were also supposed to look at the trunk which will not stay closed and the poor gas mileage that went from 50 miles per gallon to 30 miles per gallon. The mechanic said the trunk closes just fine and the poor gas mileage was my husband‘s poor, driving habits, the trunk does not close fine while following him to bring the car home the trunk just pops open for no reason and the poor gas mileage. We still don’t know. Hopefully it’s the brake issue bottom line don’t take your car to Kirksville Toyota to get it fixed worst service and treat you like you’re an idiot and don’t know what you’re talking about. FYI Kirksville there was nothing wrong with the Master Cylinder. The brakes only needed Calibrating.

I had the 100,000 mile servicing done on my 2011 Toyota Tundra and they did an excellent job at a very fair price. They were recommended to me by a friend that works at the Toyota dealership where I bought my Tundra. He said that Kirksville Motors was doing a great job and there was no reason to drive over 100 miles to get my service work done where I bought it. It was a good decision to take my Tundra to Kirksville Motors. I dropped my truck off in their spotlessly clean facility and they took me back to my office, since the service work would take most of the afternoon. Their work was completed at the time they told me and they offered to pick me up at my office. Since I tow a camper trailer, I wanted the transmission completely flushed and all of the fluid replaced with new, heavy-duty, factory synthetic fluid, NOT just a pan drain and refill, which only gets about one-fourth of the old fluid. Kirksville Motors' standard procedure is the complete flush and fluid replacement like I wanted and their price was reasonable. I had them do quite a bit of other servicing on my truck and their prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent and they were quick to get the work done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back and I can highly recommend their service department and customer service.
