Bought a 2017 Ram 1500, it was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. The truck was exactly as described in the listing. Kaleb was super friendly and laid back and wasn’t pushy like some salesman’s. Kaleb did an amazing job describing it and showing it to me. Kaleb was easy to contact with any questions and quick to respond and followed up with me a few days after purchasing the vehicle to see how it was. Everyone else at the dealership were super friendly from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. The truck came with a full tank of gas and 2 years of free oil changes which is great. The truck was also completely clean inside and out not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere.

I purchased my brand new Jeep from the former Wendell Motors a few years ago, and it was the best dealership experience I had ever had. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about their customers. I referred friends, family, and anyone I knew who was looking for a vehicle because I had so much confidence in the dealership. Unfortunately, since the dealership was sold to another entity, the level of service has noticeably declined. The customer-focused approach that made Wendell Motors stand out seems to have disappeared. Service appointments feel rushed, communication is inconsistent, everything is sales, don’t even check if you have prepaid for service, and the overall experience no longer reflects the high standards that originally earned my loyalty. It's disappointing to see what was once an exceptional dealership become just another average service department. I had to find another dealership to get my vehicle serviced. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to restore the level of service that built the dealership's reputation in the first place.
