The service advisor Dawson is awesome. Very knowledgeable person. The service on was done meticulously and in a timely fashion. I've been dealing there for years and my vehicle does not go anywhere else. The shuttle driver is a great guy. Highly recommend the service department.

I’ve never been here before, but the guy in charge of the parts counter today is the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever met. He was patient while answering my call and gave me a great, clear explanation. I’ve been to many locations, but this branch is the best so far—at least the receptionist and the helpers are! I’m confident their service will be just as good, and I’ll 100% be back to purchase my new rims and tires for this winter.

Perfect example of racism and prejudice faced at Kitchener Honda. Went to the dealership with a friend to inquire about a Honda Civic Sport Hybrid. Instead of discussing the car professionally, the salesperson repeatedly focused on us being “Indian” throughout the entire conversation. “You’re Indian, you’ll probably go back in a few years anyways, so don’t buy better lease it.” That same type of comment was repeated again and again around 10–11 times during a single conversation. He kept stereotyping Indians as people who buy cars to do Uber, default on financing, or shop around dealerships before “eventually buying from him anyways.” First of all, being brown does not automatically mean someone is Indian. South Asia consists of many nationalities, and even if we were Indian, our nationality has absolutely nothing to do with purchasing a car. Second, my friend has a stable job, can comfortably afford the vehicle, and has every right as a customer to compare prices, ask questions, and look for the best deal available. Despite our obvious discomfort, the salesperson continued making personal remarks and assumptions instead of doing his job professionally. Customers go to dealerships to buy cars not to hear racist stereotypes and unsolicited opinions about their ethnicity. Do better. Professionalism and basic respect should not depend on someone’s background.
