Today we bought a 2021 Chevy Equinox from Kenny Renyolds. We are so fortunate to have had this experience because the SUV was for our daughter. She is going to be traveling back and forth to college in the fall, and we needed something reliable for her. We were able to test drive three different vehicles. Everything was set up perfectly. Kenny was great! No pressure and very much there to help his customers. From the start he listened to me and listened to my needs. He didn’t try to force anything to me and gave suggestions. He spoke to my wife respectfully and acknowledged her questions. If he didn’t know something, he was great about getting the answers and not trying to bull crap his way through it. Rick and Cody were also great! Engaged with us, no games, all pertinent information and let us decide on what we needed for our family. After an accident and my vehicle being a total loss, Andrew in collision was such a huge help. Very knowledgeable and assisted with insurance issues. Everything would have taken so much longer without his assistance. Kenny was also a huge help in assisting me to get the exact vehicle I wanted and actually getting it to Kleins close to my home. I just had repairs done and so happy to be provided a loaner car for 6 days, a beautiful 2026 Chevy Equinox, I almost kept it!!! The service was great, Ava explained all the repairs to me in detail, and kept me posted with any updates while they had my car. When I picked up the car it had been vacuumed and washed, I sure didn’t expect that…smelled wonderful too! Runs like a top once again, thanks Kleins!
