Amber and Makayla in the service department were great to work with on an engine claim and a fan clutch issue. They kept the two items from getting blended together, and they made sure the support for each one was clear so the request stayed easy to follow.

Kenny was absolutely fabulous! He went through the car with me.He was knowledgeable, helpful, extremely professional. Great guy!!! And wonderful customer service. Which is very hard to find these days! Aaron Mendoza was arrogant lied to me told me my ba k would charge me higher interest as my loan would be more than the car was valued at. I called him x2 to see if he wanted me to come back after I left the bank, I knew he had an appointment at 5pm so I called a few hours prior to that I didn't hear back from him until I was at the bank at 5:30pm asking me if I would make it back before they closed, I explained I was currently at the bank. His customer needs some major coaching. When your dealing with customer arrogance is NOT needed.

The salesman ( Kenny) was great answering our questions about the vehicle. The gentleman who took care of the paperwork was a lot less attentive,as he was on his phone while doing the paperwork and I know he probably thought he was being funny when made the comment about making the check out to his vacation fun, but we didn't. My wife and I have both worked since we were teenagers to finally get to be in the financial position we are at and I am still working full time to make sure we can pay our bills. To say the least he didn't impress us very much.

Just recently bought a vehicle from Klein Process went fairly smoothly and I just had my first oil change. Everyone is wonderful at the service center there on time answered all my questions. I’m very satisfied Wonderful customer service!
