My wife and I bought a vehicle today and got fantastic service and help from Joe Kinslow and the staff. I typically stay away from dealerships based on many horrible and frustrating experiences I've had in the past. Thanks Knippelmier for being the exact opposite. Call them on Wednesday to ask them about doing a recall repair on a 2019 equinox. Started looking into it they never called me back. I called them on Thursday. Told me they couldn’t cover it. Started by telling me they would sell me the new retaining clip for like eight bucks told them I needed the seal that was mentioned in the TSB said they couldn’t sell me the seal the only way to replace it was to replace the entire $200 part that came with the seal pre-installed despite the TSB stating it could be replaced if missing or damaged. Then told me they would have to order it and it would be almost a week before it would be there and they would call me when it came in. Again they never called. So again I called them the day they said the part would be in when I got there. I found out the part was in stock the whole time and my car’s been sitting broke down for a week for a 15 minute repair all because I guess they just didn’t care enough. I hope this $200 recall was worth it because the only reason I went ahead and purchased it was the fact that I needed to get the car back on the road. It will be the last dollar I spent at this dealership.

From time I pulled up to the curb and young man met me, introduced himself and ask me how he could help, it was amazing the detail this dealership went to, to make me feel welcome!!! Right up to the very personable Owner of this wonderful dealership, everyone I met, nothing but a “CLASS ACT!!!”! Ive worked for a lot of dealerships but have NOT seen BUT A COUPLE I would recommend my friends to without ever going back to OK!
