Have our car we bought from kocourek kia brand new a d is in for service Over 200.00 a hour for shop rate And up charged parts for repair. I went to a kia web site and one part was half of what the dealer is charging. Not sure what has happened at this place have had good service in past but the cost of this repair and the fact that there aren't any close kia dealers I most likely not buy a new kia again.

Will never be coming back to here or recommend them at all. What an absolute joke of a dealership. Beware of the vehicles you are buying from them. I bought a vehicle from them and it went into the shop not even 2 days after I bought it from them. 3 grand down the drain. The salesman should have never let me leave the lot or they should have “inspected” the vehicle better before putting it out on the lot. Then they try to blame me for all of these things that I broke it after I left with the vehicle. Second of all I left there with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Lol. First thing I had to do when I left there was go get gas. I’ve never bought a vehicle, from a dealership, that didn’t have a full tank of gas in it. Then trying to communicate with them after all these problems I had was like trying to pull teeth. Could never get to a manager. Please do your research when buying from them. And if you do go with them, get the warranty

I bought a 2021 nissan in November very great car and seemed to be good service BUT when you buy a car from Kocourek you need to double check the oil is up to date and your tires aren’t flat. I got my service due notification right after I drove off the lot. I checked the oil change date sticker and the sticker showed they were supposed to change the oil more than two weeks before i bought my car. I also ended up driving off the lot with very low tires ontop of bad oil. The dealer i was working with refused to work with me about the oil change i had reached out through phone and text but unfortunately this matter was left unresolved and I had to pay for a new oil change (which is not cheap) with my first car payment. Not the best feeling when you buy your first nice car.

They have done it again! Got a 2021 Blazer RS last night. Look at that Cherry Red pop! Brian Tesch and Marc Levy were rockstars as usual. Austin, their delivery coordinator, was awesome too, and knows his stuff. Thanks guys for another great experience!

Ken was amazing to work with today! I purchased my first car today and he was a dream to work with ! Super played back, I had a lot of anxiety today and he was super reassuring! 1000/10 WOULD recommend working with Ken
