Avoid Kocourek Chevrolet. I regret buying a vehicle here. The vehicle was dirty inside and they couldn't seem to get it right after multiple attempts. I was significantly overcharged—not just on the vehicle, but especially on the extended warranty and add-ons. The warranty alone was marked up by at least 60%, costing me thousands more than it should have. I later found the exact same GMC protection plan at another GMC dealership for over $3,000 less and I verified it was legitimate. When I brought this up, they tried to make it sound like I was the one being scammed. I wasn’t. The add-ons are garbage as well. You can get the work done from a professional with much better quality at a lower cost. They make it sound like the car is going to fall apart without it. Also, shop around for the best interest rates. Avoid letting them choose which financial institution to use. The finance team is clearly trained to pressure you into add-ons and make it seem like you “need” them while convincing you you’re getting a good deal. You’re not. I caught multiple inconsistencies in what I was told, which made it clear I wasn’t getting honest information. I was able to see right through their many lies. Once the sale was done, the customer service completely disappeared. No follow-up. No accountability. When I went back in person, I wasn’t even acknowledged until I approached them myself. One employee became rude, threw his hands up, and said, “I’m not going to argue with you.” Completely unprofessional. I was not looking for an argument just looking for some professionalism and assistance. This dealership talks a good game until you sign. After that, you’re on your own. They treat you like straight up garbage. Do your research, shop around, and don’t trust what you’re told here without verifying everything yourself.

I was two hours from home and called Krystal at Kocourek Chevrolet when I noticed a warningmessage on my dashboard today. She was very helpful on the phone and advised me to bring the car in immediately for inspection. Good thing I listened to her. She got me in right away, arranged a ride for me to an appointment, and Kocourek fixed my traverse within a few hours. The best part was when she coordinated with the dealership I purchased my vehicle at to confirm the repairs were covered. I would highly recommend her and Kocourek Chevrolet to anyone in the Wausau area!

My truck broke down and I had to have it towed To Kochourek service department today. I thought for sure I had a major mechanical issue going on. The service department staff Welcomely and promptly discussed with me what the problem was that I was having with the truck. Then they immediately diagnosed my vehicle and determined what the problem was and professionally fixed the issue. I was very impressed. How with Little information because of their knowledge and experience were able to in just a few minutes, determine what needed to be done to get my truck back on the road. I have purchased three new Vehicles From Kochourek Chevrolet since 2016. I have had all the service on those three done there I don’t just take my vehicles to Kochourek for service just because I bought the vehicles there . I take my vehicles there because their entire service department, including the technicians are always very friendly, very professional, and very thorough . I not only want to share this review, but I also want to Think the Kochourek Chevrolet service department For everything they have done for me over the last 10 years when it comes to maintaining my vehicles and getting the needed service and preventive maintenance done on the vehicles. The people at Kochourek Chevrolet Service department Always treat me as a customer With professionalism, kindness, and dignity. On a scale from 1 to 10 , 10 being best in service, I give them an 11 👍👍👍

We had an amazing experience at Kocourek Chevrolet! Louis took the time to listen to all of our needs for our next family car and found us a great deal within our budget. Marc (the finance manager) was fantastic as well. He worked extremely hard to make sure we got the best loan term possible. They were both really personable and easy to talk to.
