Nicole Heckel and her team did an amazing job. I’d been looking for a while and decided to reach out to her. We were able to do all the boring negotiations via text / email / phone and got exactly where I wanted to be. This all included me trading in a vehicle. All done 45 minutes away. The finance manager was great structured the deal how my CU wanted it. Was willing to jump on a call and talk to them so he knew what they were asking of him.
