Great experience with KAMAL POKHREL. We got a good price and a great deal on a pre owned CX-5 with only 3k miles. Kamal was friendly and transparent. The car had a nail in the tire which was discovered at the last moment before driving off the lot and Kamal made sure it was taken care of at no cost. Will come to them again.

Koeppel Mazda was the first dealership I have ever went to, and they did a phenomenal job at making me feel welcome. On the phone before my visit, I spoke with Adrian who was kind, welcoming, and understanding of my needs. At the dealership, sales associate Rakib did an absolutely flawless job in making sure the sales process went smoothly, getting the paperwork and car ready swiftly while also keeping us in the loop through the process. He was kind, thoughtful, and great to be around while we went through stressful process of buying a car. Manager Saiful came by many times to make sure we were okay and that things were moving smoothly. A very knowledgeable and friendly manager who we could tell treats his customers and employees with the highest regard. Tom in finance finalized the process while giving us clarity, and ensuring all final steps were squared away. He was prompt, while also being detailed in explaining various different aspects of our paperwork and was very kind and friendly as well. All in all, from beginning to end, we were glad we came to Koeppel, and walked out with a pristine Mazda 3.

David was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the process of getting our CX-30. He made everything smooth and stress-free, even bringing us snacks while we waited. Unlike the typical dealership experience, neither David nor Thomas were pushy about additional services—they simply explained our options and let us decide comfortably.
