We recently had the pleasure of working with Guy Samson at the dealership, and I can honestly say he is the best salesperson I have encountered in over 40 years and approximately 20 vehicle purchases. The most remarkable difference with Guy is his genuine approach—never once did he push or pressure us to make a hurried decision. He is not only very friendly but also maintains a professional yet laid-back attitude, which my wife and I truly appreciated. It was clear Guy respected our process, as he consistently stepped back to give us the space and time we needed to discuss our options privately. This thoughtful approach made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Our car-buying experience was exceptional. From out of town, had to stop by without an appointment because of car trouble, the staff was nice enough to fit us in the same day. We really appreciated the excellent service. We were able to continue our trip worries free. Highly recommend!!! 😊

Worse customer service! 5 voicemail messages, 2 messages with the receptionist to get our oil changed, and no one has called us back. They advertise free oil changes and brake pads, but actually getting the service is another story. We never had issues booking appointments before, but since opening a legal case related to our vehicle, communication has completely stopped. Very disappointing experience. Would not rely on their after-sales service.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. My sales person, Guy Samson, was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient, he made sure all my questions were answered. Emile, who took care of the finance process, was also fantastic. Very polite and professional, and he made the whole purchase process smooth from start to finish. Overall, excellent service and highly recommend.
