When in for routine oil change. Easy to set up appointment on line. Courtesy confirmation/reminder was sent the day prior to my appointment. Staff was super friendly and was able to get me in right at my appointment time. Service was as expected and satisfactory. They even provided a complimentary vehicle wash. Great experience!

I bought my Jeep, 10/20/25 It’s a 2025 grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo. I worked with David the entire Kolosso team was fabulous. They were wonderful we were in and out of there in less than three hours. Everything went smoothly. Best part about it was they gave me everything I asked for were courteous and friendly. I did take and get my grand Cherokee side windows tinted to match factory by tinting ain’t easy in little shoot. I stopped by the dealership to show them my windows they came out. Kolosso was the perfect stop for getting the truck we wanted. Salesman Johnathan and staff were knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. They did not have the new truck color in the model we wanted and within no time found it and had it on the way for us. So happy with our experience at Kolosso!!!

I am new to the the area, no family. It's really just my daughter and I. My car broke down on the highway. I truly hated the thought of going to a dealership and getting the run around. It is truly scary to be that vulnerable. However, I called and Trista answered. I told her my story. By the time I got there, she already did all my explaining for me. I really didn't have to do anything. She introduced me to John and he treated me like I was family, (it was definitely what I needed). There is a gentleman named John, that does the financing part, he definitely takes his time with you and explains everything.
