I had the pleasure of meeting Jay at the Nissan dealer in Kona. He was very courteous & knowledgeable regarding the Rogue Rock Creek model. Jay explained the features on our test drive & was very patient. I wound buying the beautiful Nissan Rogue. The entire Nissan team I spoke with were wonderful to work with.

At Kona Auto Center I felt truly cared for, and confident the job would be done and done well. It took two separate appointments to complete buying my car and both times I could clearly see how much work was going into it. The whole team really helped me out and made me feel welcomed. At first I had planned to speak to Vincent, but Jayar was available and he was just as welcoming, helpful, and informative as an old friend would be. Wonderful performance as a Nissan salesman. Jay was never pushy, very patient, delightfully personable, always watchful (3 or 4 visits) and greeted me before I even stepped out of my truck, made sure I was comfortable offering me a comfortable place to sit when I needed to wait and always offering chilled water and snacks. Best of all, Jay understood that it took time for me to grasp all the new things on the dashboard, steering wheel and console. I texted when I didn’t know how to shift to a lower gear he responded immediately with an invitation to call any time and even drop by at the dealer at anytime. If I ever want another car ( which is unlikely) at my age or if a friend wants a Nissan, I will readily refer my friend to Jay. I had a good experience buying a car with Jay.
