Gave very detailed info in all the cars I was interested in and informative during the test drive. Also, Bintou was very helpful in breaking down the financing and features. Jason Myers was fantastic to work with throughout the entire car-buying process!! I actually live in New York City and chose to travel all the way to Annapolis because Koons was selling the Corolla Cross at MSRP which is impossible to find anywhere near the city! From the very beginning, Jason was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and he always took the time to answer them thoroughly. He sent detailed photos and videos of the vehicle, answered calls and texts incredibly quickly, and made himself available whenever I needed information. When it came time to complete the purchase, everything was straightforward, transparent, and remarkably easy. He knows the inventory and will find you exactly what you want, even if it’s not currently on the lot. He made the transaction smooth, easy, and quick (in and out in under 2.5 hours)! He walked me through all of the features on my vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. His communication is spectacular. Outside of Jason, everyone at the dealership was so helpful. From the sales team to the finance team, everyone had a great attitude and was willing to work within what I needed. Jayda (one of the finance specialists) went above and beyond to beat the rate my credit union offered me on the loan. She walked me through everything, including the warranty packages. Everyone was honest, but not pushy. I also sold my former vehicle (2018 Chevy Cruz). They worked with me to get me the most value for the car. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to purchase a new or used car.

Great experience in purchasing a vehicle. The buying experience was so pleasant and smooth. No sales pitch and our product specialist Emma Baker was a wealth of information. We were not planning on buying a car, but after Emma showed us all of the features we were hooked. We were in and out so quickly with financing and paperwork.
