It was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone from start to finish in the buying process of my beautiful new truck. It was a time to expand my business. The gentleman had the truck there for me and made it seamless and easy, and everyone was very helpful, including helping me set up my new horse trailer. I highly recommend them to anybody who’s shopping for a new vehicle. There was no pressure. It was just seamlessly thorough!

This is objectively the best car buying experience I have ever had. We were greeted at the door by Jorge Carrión, who coincidentally grew up in the small town immediately next to my partner in the Caribbean. We felt immediately at home. Jorge introduced us to our sales rep, Brandon Behr. Brandon was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. We did not feel any unreasonable pressure, yet he provided us with practical upgrades and options that made the buying process make sense. Lastly, Josh Rodgers in finance, was an absolute dream to work with. Typically, the most terrifying portion of the buying experience is at the end with finance. Not only was Josh able to beat the financing we got through my lenders… he was able to get us such a great rate that the added warranty was a no-brainer. He was thorough, personable, practical, and a joy to work with. I have been texting all my friends to go to White Marsh for their next car. I know I will.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Lacie and Sidney were phenomenal. Being over 2 hours away, Sidney was able to give us all the info we requested before making the drive out there, and communication was fabulous. My husband went out to finalize everything and pick up the vehicle and he said it was the best car buying experience he’s ever had. Even if they’re further out then you may want to go to purchase a vehicle, make the drive, because it’s worth it. Other dealerships need to take note, because Koons White Marsh knows how to treat their costumers and make the car buying process so smooth. We can’t thank them enough!
